If you have your own hosting and server room, we will visit – based on signed documents – your seat for a site inspection to carry out infrastructure stock-taking and tests.

We will perform an analysis in terms of quickness of operation, failure rate, scalability, security and costs.

Report and recommendations

We will prepare a summary – a report with recommended actions, suggested changes, potential savings. The report can be sent in an electronic form or presented at a meeting at the Client’s seat.

Depending on the scope of works, accessibility of environments or location of the server room or office of the Client, the service performance time is subject to change. However, our experience shows that 14 business days is the optimum time needed for full analysis and suggestion of the best solutions for the Client to improve security and operating effectiveness as well as to optimise the hosting and cloud costs.
